Why do I need an Order Number?
For each order you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. This number is written on your invoice, your confirmation and your order history in "My Pages" (for registered customers) if you made the order through our website.
It is important to save this number, because:
• It helps Customer Service by identify your order and solve potential problems more efficiently if you need help.
• Your order number is also needed if you unfortunately need to make a complaint or return the products.
What are Business Points?
Business Points (or BP’s as commonly referred too) are Oriflame’s universal currency. All products for sale have a BP value (retail figures are rounded).
How to Calculate you BP
40 BP = £52 / €72 Retail Value
50 BP = £65 / €89 Retail Value
100 BP = £130 / €179 Retail Value
500 BP = £650 / €897 Retail Value
1000 BP = £1300 / €1794 Retail Value
For GBP £ divide the BP by 0.77
For EUR € divide the BP by 0.56
How can I order Oriflame products?
Our products are sold exclusively through a global network of independent Consultants. You can order products in two different ways:
Become a Consultant
Whether you only want to order products for yourself and your family or start selling our products to others, you can register to become a Consultant and get a discount on the catalogue prices.
Become a Customer
You can place your order through one of our many Consultants.
They will be able to give you advice, show product samples and answer your questions about our products and how to use them.
