How long have you been with Oriflame?
I have been а part of the Oriflame family for two and a half years now.
How did you feel about achieving your first Oriflame title?
There is one word to describe it: “family”. When I achieved my first title in the Success Plan I felt a lot of support, calm, strong partnership and encouragement from Oriflame. I felt very satisfied with my work.
How do you celebrate success?
I celebrate with my team. We have the tradition to always celebrate each success of a team member. I also celebrate with my family. Most of all, I am thankful for being able to achieve this success. I am motivated to reach the next title!
What is the next title you are aiming for?
The next title I want to achieve is Gold Director. I also want to help two people, who are important to me, become Directors.
What steps are you taking to reach your next title?
I am learning many things from my leaders that I can pass to my team to succeed together in the best possible way.

I have been with Oriflame for 5 years
How did you feel about achieving your first Oriflame title?
I felt like never before. It was an amazing feeling because I knew I am in the right place with the right people. I was thankful for having a great team, for being surrounded by inspiring people who believe in my potential. Achieving more titles feels like the right celebration of all that.
How do you like to celebrate success?
I like to celebrate the success by working. I also take a moment to remember how I started and where I am going. I thank the people who supported me and were with me.
What is the next title you are aiming for?
The next title for me is Diamond Director. Of course, this one will not be the last.
What steps are you taking to reach your next title?
I act every day according to my plan and my work system. I prospect, find new leaders, keep the harmony in my team, look out for new sales and recruitment strategies. Also, I am ready for changes because Oriflame is a dynamic business.
Monika Jankowiak, Sapphire Director from Poland
How long have you been with Oriflame?
I started working with Oriflame in May 2013, after high school. My club account was already in the system, but I did not use it actively.
How did you feel about achieving your first Oriflame title?
The Director title was one of my dream titles that I wanted to achieve as a teenager. After achieving my goal, I felt very happy and fulfilled. I believed that I could develop myself and others without working full time
How do you like to celebrate success?
I always celebrate success with my team, because their achievements are also my success. The type of celebration depends on the level that has been achieved. There are recognitions at live meetings and webinars, with diplomas and flowers. Among the group of Managers and Directors, we celebrate success during dinners or trip. We also organize team surprises for Director titles.
What is the next title you are aiming for?
Currently this year I have accomplished my 3 goals - I became a Gold / Senior Gold and Sapphire Director. My goal for this year is to start qualifying for Diamond and promote Directors titles and higher titles in my team.
What steps are you taking to reach your next title?
Every day, I work with my core team: I help them develop their structures, create another group of Sponsors / Leaders and Directors. Personally, I am looking for new Sponsors every day.
